The WOW Committee meets at 1 p.m. in Fellowship Hall on the second Tuesday of every month (except April and there will be no meeting in August) and all Women of the Church are welcome to attend.

The Mission of the "Women of the Word" ministry of the Church at Horseshoe Bay is: to glorify God by encouraging women in the Lord and reaching out with the love of God. We seek to equip our women through projects of Christian education and spiritual renewal, outreach and benevolent ministries, and fellowship with one another.

The WOW Committee coordinates and plans all of the activities and projects of this Ministry. These include such things as benevolent projects, luncheons, retreats, and special entertainment or speaker engagements. This Ministry intends to grow in scope in the future. Any woman of The Church at Horseshoe Bay who is interested in joining the WOW Committee is welcome to do so by contacting any Committee member or by just coming to any scheduled meeting shown on the WOW calendar of events.
